1143-1167 Elm St (Commercial Buildings), Manchester, Hillsborough County, NH
The several structures that comprised the Ferretti Building were constructed during the early development of Manchester on lots laid out by the Amoskeag Company. As originally designed, Ferretti contained 8 units of row housing, the first floors of which contained storefronts, while the upper floors served as lodging houses. Fragments of the original row house plan remained at the 2nd and 3rd stories until demolition in April 1985.
