This tobacco factory, which is today part of a larger complex, was erected c. 1887-1888 by David Dunlop. It is the oldest tobacco building still being used for tobacco manufacturing in Petersburg. Architecturally interesting for its interior wood structural system and exterior corbeled brick cornice line.
