Suicide
Owner commited suicide. House has no insulation. Black mold under drywall. Gas leak upstairs, pipes clog often to sewer because it travels uphill and has to be blown out by plumber about twice a year. Needs new roof. Upstairs not level. House has flooded multiple times and never cleaned properly. Bike trail runs beside it making it very busy with bikers and no privacy.
