Goodman Building, 202 West Thirteenth St Austin, Travis County, TX
The Goodman Building (now know as the Hilgartner Building) is an example of late nineteenth-century commercial architecture in Austin. Built between 1887 and 1893, it is situated directly west of the Texas State Capitol grounds, a location which promoted its early success as a grocery store and saloon.
