Family ownership

This building was owned by my Grandmother Mary Scavone until her death. It was passed down to my Dad, Ralph Scavone Sr. and my Mother Julia Scavone. When my parents both passed, we sold the building. It was once a 6 flat building with a basement. that sat on two lots. Now, I understand it has been renovated to a 7 flat building and rezoned, and another three story condo built on the adjoining lot.
