The house`s architectural integrity is largely gone. Historically the house is interesting for the changes in ethnic background and occupation of its owners; from Anglo-Saxon small businessman Williams (in the first boom of St. Elmo) to stagedriver Hinman and Scandinavian miner Soderlind in the second boom.
