Located on the same parcel as Main Building (HABS No. PA-5585-B), a contributing structure and an example of simple utilitarian style of architecture that characterized the architecture of institutional use structures of that period. The structure was completed as part of a major renovation project to the Main building in 1922. It was used as as administrative offices in support of the Washington County Old Men`s Home until 1976.
