Another Tudor Revival house designed by I. Vernon Hill, the Patrick home features carved eagles heads on brackets supporting the third-story gables. Patrick came to Duluth to work for grocery wholesaler Stone-Ordean -Wells before creating F.A. Patrick and Company, one of the countrys foremost woolen manufacturers, famous for its Mackinaw jacket.
