2400 Bryant Ave S Home History Keith Co., 1902 The 2400 block of Bryant features an array of Colonial Revival houses built between about 1900 and 1910. This house, one of the largest of the group, includes an outsized split pediment above the front porch. Note also the unorthodox oval that hovers over the Palladian window in the front gable.
