2808 Cromwell Court Home History Carl Graffunder (2604 and 2606) and Stowell Leach (2808), 1951-52 Another of Minnehaha Creek's early modernist enclaves. The most interesting house, at 2602, consists of two flat-roofed volumes (house and garage) connected by a breezeway. Citation: Millett, Larry. AIA Guide to the Minneapolis Lake District.
