3302 18th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN, USA

The house was built by Hans Loken from 1895 to 1898. Hans was an imigrant from Norway. He was a carpenter by trade. He was married to Lena Loken. Memory We, Geri and Ruben Lopez, purchased the house in May of 2009. We have made major renovations to the house. We have replaced all windows, had new oak ground floor installed, had an existing addition removed because of structural issues and completely repainted the exterior and interior. First Owner: Hans and Lena Loken
