Soberanes Adobe, 336 Pacific St Monterey, Monterey County, CA
One of the fine two-story adobe houses which contribute the chief domestic architectural glory of Monterey. Built in the later 1830s by Jose Estrada, it passed to the Soberanes family in 1860; its present owner, Mrs. Mayo Hayes O`Donnell, has presented the house as an historic monument to the State of California retaining lifetime use.
