Katherine Teats House, 3560 Seventh Ave San Diego, San Diego County, CA
Designed by internationally known architect Irving John Gill, who also designed several other houses on Seventh Avenue, this house was planned as one of a group around a common garden landscaped by Kate Sessions. Thus it is a forerunner to the nationally significant Lewis Courts at Sierra Madre, widely acclaimed at the time of their construction in 1910.
