Story from HouseNovel User

This home was bought and originally owned as a separate property by Mr. T.C Horton, the founder of Biola University in Los Angeles. T.C Horton was a published Author, and a minister who traveled all across the world spreading Gods Word. T.C Horton bought this property for a vacation home for him and his family. This property was the home to the world's smallest Post Office. The small building that served as a Post Office was located across the road on the property owned by T.C Horton, where the residents of De Luz, CA would pick up mail and groceries. This property remains in T.C Hortons family line, and has not been sold since the original purchase of this property. I am one of the Great Great Great Grandchildren of Mr. T.C Horton. I live on this property and provide the upkeep of the land.
