My parents were first owners
House was under construction when my parent's bought it. Originally was not designed with central air, but my mom had a medical condition exacerbated by heat and was critical we had a house with AC. We moved from California and looked at homes all over the Danbury area/Norwalk for a week before finding this home (I was 16). It offered the option of installing air due to stage of construction. Basement was unfinished until 1993. Snow could get very deep and compared to the NF town center or Danbury, it has it's own microclimate, which was my favorite part of living there. A cold rain in Danbury might mean 3 inches of snow on Alexandra Drive.
