The Thomas L. Powers Ranch Complex is a compact intact farmstead, parts of which date from the turn of the century. The residence dates from 1927. This complex represents one of a few remaining intact ranching complexes remaining in the Snyderville area. The house is a good example of an early twentieth century pyramid cottage type with Craftsman style influence.
