This home, and all the others on the cut-de-sac were built as part of the Parade of Homes. The builder initially lived in the home. It then went to Jeannette and Henry Jersdahl until purchased in 1988 by Sally and Micheal Ebnet. In 1992, the Ebnets replaced the large rear deck and patio with a family room and deck. A 4th bedroom was built underneath, adjacent to a 2-story atrium. The laundry was moved into the kitchen. Windows replaced In 2004, M/A/Peterson Designbuild completely remodeled the kitchen, replaced a 3/4 bath on the garage level with a mudroom, and created a large 3/4 bath adjacent to the lower level bedroom. Paint In 2018, 10 old fir trees along the back lot line were removed. The area was re-landscaped into a large perennial garden with a few pine and ornamental trees. In 2021, the main bath and master bath were completely remodeled. The home was completely re-carpeted. The hall and foyer wallpaper replaced. Solar panels and a storage battery were installed.
