Homeownership timeline

Given the significant number of homeowners over the years, it’s possible that this home transitioned between being a single-family home, boarding house, and multi-family home throughout the years. Interestingly, we found that the home might have been built in 1899 instead of 1900. A documented resident named Perry G. Lynch, listed as a harness maker, was noted there in 1899. Over time, we observed many overlapping records and some inconsistencies in the way the home was documented. Occasionally, address variations and name abbreviations appeared, but they clearly referred to the same house or residents. Here’s a timeline, organized from the most recent to the earliest records we discovered:2019: Daniel and Julie Fischer2010: Paul M. Stiver2009: Rory W. Conarchy2006: Michael Mitchell2005: FTK Properties Inc1998: Valdis A. Rozentals1993 (potentially 1986): Mary M. Revoir (sometimes listed as M. M. Revoir)1950-1993: Mary M. Revoir (documented in the U.S. Public Records Index, though exact dates are unclear)1941: Jacob Horbul1909: Mayme Fortier and William F. Tuling (also spelled Tueting and Touting in some directories)1908: May C. Xeitotedy1907: George E. Maxwell1911: Theodore Bruett and Brown Caraqulo1906: Daniel J., Bridget, Blanche, Anna, Mary, and May (or Mae) Kennedy, mentioned in various records1903: A. Ida and Charles Phipps1902: Jean M. and Everett R. Farley (occasionally misspelled as Falrley)1901: Frederick McAllister and Caroline Erickson, as well as Jean M. and Everett R. Farley (also noted with misspellings)1900: Rose Trunt1899: Perry G. Lynch (listed as a harness maker; historical records sometimes appear to have misspelled his name as "Perrv G. Lynch") *This homeownership and resident timeline is an estimate to the best of our ability based on available data.
