Adams Building, 517-527 West Bay St Jacksonville, Duval County, FL

Representative of Jacksonville commercial design at the turn of the century, the Adams Building was one of a very few such structures (and probably the only downtown hotel) to survive the 1901 fire. Built c. 1895, the building features decorative brickwork, exposed iron structural members, and skylighted lobby.
