Typical working-class dwelling found throughout Louisville. // c. 1875. Vernacular. Frame, clad in clapboard. Lot size - 25` x 100`, front section - 15` x 38`, rear section - 25` x 56`. Saw-tooth mold remains on cornice, some 4-over-4 windows remain in rear. Front window appears to have been shortened (now boarded). Entire structure clad in insul-brick. Vacant and boarded, deteriorated.
