Morning Glory

From the HouseNovel Community: "This Victorian home was built in 1902 and is nicknamed "Morning Glory." The original address was 614 Carolina Ave, but was changed in the 1940s or '50s when it had expanded. The original owner, Jacob Phinizy, sold the property around 1905 to Leon J Williams, who lived there at least until 1915 according to local historic city directories. This is one of the oldest homes in North Augusta. It is featured in the historic driving tour of the city as well as at the arts and heritage center in North Augusta in a diorama of original buildings to the city."
