House Built
Leonard and Evelyn Nelson (my parents) purchased this property on 7-16-1977 for $44,990. They chose this Sun City house model to be built there, and chose the brick on the outside because my dad liked 'Chicago brick'. I don't know the exact date the house was completed. My dad passed away in February of 1979, he saw the completed house but never lived there. My mom spent her winters there from the mid 1980s until 2013.
