Fox Notes: Asymmetrical design. Gable end on main facade has a band of 3 Queen Anne style windows topped by brackets which support a decorative hipped hood. Brackets and modillions at eaves. Large rounded stained glass window on west side of main facade. Hipped roof open porch with gable over entrance (porch now enclosed). 1 story, 3-sided bay window on east side wall.
