Harvey & Lucy Smith House

The Harvey & Lucy Smith house, built in 1890, is an historic home in the West Duluth neighborhood. The home is a Queen Anne/Victorian and has many features of the style, including oak and cherry woodwork, pocket doors, original brass light fixtures & door hardware and 5 stained/leaded windows. There are 3 fireplaces currently non-functioning but still adding to the beauty of the house.The walk-up attic offers potential to create more living space. Over the past 40 years the current owners have made substantial upgrades to the house and grounds, including the kitchen & 2 baths, replacing an oil boiler with an efficient gas one and adding a gazebo & and garden shed.
