Wentink, and Mary Wentink, a clerk, resided at this address. John H. Banks resided at this address in 1980. E. Emma Hanson married Albert G. Wentink in 1885 in Duluth, Minnesota. John Harry Banks (1900-1986) was born outside of Minnesota, had a mother with a maiden name of Banks, and died in Ramsey County. The last sale of this property was in 1994 and the sale price was $34,500.
