Resident at 320 Oak Grove

From Paol Seagram on October 1, 2019 It was my home I lived in from 1969 to 1974. It was then at 320 Oak Grove. When I first rented it the interior was almost a shambles. I rented a large sander and refinished all of the floors. painted every room, found antique and modern light fixtures. I have many sweet stories about living in this bonafide haunted house. We had the whole house to ourselves. It was a charmed life, much of its past was revealed to me over the years. The kitchen wing and the summer nursery wing, and the arboretum room were removed when it was purchased and moved across town. Picture from 6/1/1974
