Present appearance is result of 1954 alteration (by Simons & Lapham Architects, Chas. S.C.) three buildings were designed to look like one building. All decorative tin window hoods and cornice were removed, facade stuccoed, ground floor drastically altered with addition of glass and aluminum recessed storefront.
