2621 Emerson Ave S, Minneapolis, MN, USA

2621 Emerson Ave S Home History Purcell and Feick, 1910 One of Purcell's early pre-Elmslie designs. The house, which appears to be in excellent condition. is a two-story box with a gable roof and a rather crowded arrangement of windows around the front door. Goetzenberger was a sheet metal worker who'd become acquainted with Purcell while employed on an earlier project. Citation: Millett, Larry. AIA Guide to the Minneapolis Lake District. Minnesota Historical Society Press, 2009.
