Per the Marysville Journal-Tribune on August 6, 1980, Richard W. Stevens transferred the property to Daniel and Jenny Hemphill As reported in the October 19, 1995 edition of the Marysville Journal Tribune, Daniel and Jenny Hemphill assigned thee property and its 1.24 acres to Robert and Vickie Hastings by way of survivorship deed. Bob Hastings has a biulding permit issued for the property per the Richwood Gazette. Moving sale as advertised in the Marion Star (August 25, 2019)
