3714 Glendale Terrace Home History 1912 A severe white stucco box, Spanish Revival in inspiration, with an arcaded front porch and little if any ornament. The house bears at least some resemblance to the contemporaneous work of San Diego architect Irving Gill, who boiled down the various California Spanish styles into something approaching modernism. Citation: Millett, Larry. AIA Guide to the Minneapolis Lake District. Minnesota Historical Society Press, 2009.
