Little is known about this hipped-roof structure. Thompson and West`s maps in their 1878 Historical Atlas of Solana County indicates that the Solano House is located here; that may have been this structure. The 1885 Bird`s-eye View of the city shows a hipped roof structure on this site, with one-story porches on the south and east sides.
