Woodruff Building, 500 Worthington Ave Wyoming, Hamilton County, OH
Good example of typical Victorian commercial architecture. Building was part of the nucleus of the City`s initial commercial area, and was built adjacent to the Cincinnati, Hamilton, and Dayton Railroad, which served as the city`s main transportation artery in the second half of the 19th century. The building was developed and owned by Charles S. Woodruff, a prominent entrepreneur and generous civic leader.
