Lenthall Houses, 612-614 Nineteenth St Northwest-moved to 606-610 Twenty-first St Washington, District of Columbia, DC

Name derives from first owner, John Lenthall, Benjamin Latrobe`s principal assistant in the construction of the U.S. Capitol. Good example of Federal Style, and one of the few such examples surviving in the immediate area. During early 20th century, #614 was the home of Washington artist, Bertha Noyes, and it was here that the Arts Club of Washington was founded in 1916.
