Walnut-Dollison Historic District, 903 East Walnut St (House), Springfield, Greene County, MO
One of only two buildings in the study area with an octagonal corner tower, this nicely detailed late Victorian cottage is one of the most picturesque houses in the neighborhood. Built ca. 1895, it is also one of the oldest. It has been occupied by a series of merchant class tenants, including W.M. Baldwin who later moved to 913 East Walnut, next door.
