95-97 Dayton Ave (House), 95-97 Dayton Ave Passaic, Passaic County, NJ

This two-family house is significant as an example of worker housing built by the Botany Woolen Mills for use by its foremen. Constructed at the same time as the mills, the generous proportions of the units suggest the relatively comfortable position of mill foremen as opposed to mill hands. The houses contain much original woodwork, and are free from major interior alteration.
