This building, constructed ca. 1915, was the last major warehouse block built on Wazee Street. The building has been owned and operated since 1947 by Carson`s, Inc., a prominent local china and glassware outlet. The structure is stylistically related to 1333 Wazee Street which adjoins the building to the northeast.
