A delightful, large Victorian house which has been preserved well. First Owner: Frederick M. Grant Notes: Complex plan, vertical emphasis. Wide overhanging eaves with exposed rafters, brackets. Large porch wraps around east and main facade has turned columns, dentils. Fishscale shingles in gabled ends. Some new stained glass. 2 story, 3 sided bay window on east side wall. 1st floor of main facade has very tall, narrow windows.
