Younger The fenestration is "1/1 rectangular," with a "hipped with intersecting gable" roof style. The building has "one interior endwall brick" chimney and is built with a "wood frame." Significant details: "First floor has enclosed hipped roof porch with round columns. Plate glass window with transom. Second floor has a paired windows on right side. Third floor has dormer brackets and modillions that compliment those at the main level. East facade has one story flat roofed bay." Significant site and landscape features: "Vines growing on west facade" Legal description: "Lot 8, Block 2, Auditor's Subdivision #47" Historical background: "The original owner of this house, which was built for $2495, was Homer H.
