Property Description: Queen Anne; 2.5 stories; symmetrical main façade with exception of off-set entry; cross-gabled, medium-pitched roof; front gable dominates house; diamond patterned shingles on third story gable; boxed eaves with decorative brackets below; full-width, one-story porch; roof cresting on flat porch roof. Window Condition: 2nd and 3rd floor of western façade (main) appear original House original to site. Notes: William Vonder Weyer was partner and brother-in-law of John Lohmar who resided at 1514 Dupont Ave. N. In 1899 Vonder Weyer was state representative and authored a bill to impose a property tax on the railroads. He was not re-elected. First Owner: William J. Vonder Weyer
