The Knutson House 1721 Tyler St. NE, as it appeared in 1901, one year after it was completed. Pictured are: Elise Knutson with son Carl Knutson (right) and Anna Olson with daughter Minnie Olson (left). Anna and husband Peter Olson were close friends of James and Elise Knutson. Later, in 1906 James Knutson and Severt Knutson would help the Olsons build their home two lots down at 1713 Tyler St. NE 1721 Tyler St. NE as it appeared after being restored in the summer of 2007 Historic Function: This home housed four generations of the family that constructed it from 1900-2009 First Owner: Severt Knutson
