Hubert and Nellie Moore House
Exterior: Tuck pointed the chimney, sanded and refinished porch and front door. Added some new windows in period style. Installed ornamental steel fence, painted exterior in three colors to highlight detail. Removed and replaced front steps and east sidewalk to backyard. Added a pergola above the back deck. Interior: Maintained original woodwork and stained new windows to match. Created a 1920s style period kitchen, sanded floors, carpeted steps, painted in period colors, refinished original tub and renovated plumbing and electrical.
