The home, still at it's original location on Fort Street. A wider view, offering a more honest feel of the neighborhood. Then Lieutenant Ulysses S. Grant lives here with his new bride (Julia Dent Grant) for a little over a year at the rate of $250 per year rent. The 1957 move of the home from Fort Street to the State Fair Grounds. Painting the outside of the home - keeping rehab efforts moving along.
