The house talked to me.
We had just replaced the roof and it looked great with the new decking around the edge and new 3 tab shingles. I was sleeping in bed on the 2nd SW corner of the 2nd floor with my arms laying outside the covers. I was awakened by the dripping of water on my arm. It turns out there was a leak in the new roof and the water had pooled in the attic and managed to find a way down to the 2nd floor right where I was sleeping! It’s like the house was telling me, “Hey, get up! There’s something wrong with the new roof.”
