Architecture Home People of Minnesota Place
The William Zollmann residence at 284 Maria Ave., Dayton`s Bluff, St Paul, as it appeared in the 1870`s. It was occupied by the family until June 1956 and was razed in September 1956. William Zollmann and family moved from Le Sueur, Minnesota to 622 Canada Street, St. Paul in 1864 and resided there until Oct. 1877, when they moved to 284 Maria Avenue, Dayton`s Bluff. This house and adjoining house located at 685 Conway Street were owned and occupied by the Zollmann family until the year 1956.
