2700 Kenilworth Place Home History Sarah Susanka, 1994 Architect Sarah Susanka scored a popular hit with her 1998 book The Not So Big House. This, by contrast, is a not-so-little house that strives for a sort of Prairie Revival look but comes across as a bland box with lots of windows.
