"Sunnyside"

"Sunnyside" was designed in 1887 by architect Harry Wild Jones for Harington Beard, founder of the Beard Art Gallery, Mpls. Harington and Jones were neighbors as Jones lived directly across the street from Sunnyside. Jones was an original investor in Washburn Park (nee Tangletown), purchasing 10 acres that he subdivided.
