Outing Park, 693-697 Main St & 16 Saratoga St Springfield, Hampden County, MA

This building was the only apartment block in the original Outing Park Plan of 1913 to be named. It has historically been referred to as the Moineau Building after Telespore B. Moineau who first owned the building and had his real estate business located on the first floor. The Moineau Building is also the only structure of the Outing Park Plan to front on Main Street.
