This is a unique mission style house. Some significant details include "entry defined by round arch with iron grill work. Work pergola above porch. Small round wood arch window on west side. Parapet wall with wood coping. Small sections of red ceramic tile covered eaves." The legal description is "Lot 9, Block 5, Woodlawn Park Addition" "This is the earliest house on this block on this side of the street. Originally it fronted on Territorial Road which ran southeasterly from the Prior and Minnehaha intersection in 1982. History: "The original owner and occupant of this house, which was built for $2400 was Alexander W. McCrea, a clerk." First Owner: Alexander W. McCrea
