Significant details: "Victorian home missing much of its original ornamentation. The porch appears considerably altered and is likely missing its original balustrade. Cornerboards present." Legal description: "Lot 9, Block 5, Woodlawn Park Addition" Historical background: "The original owner and occupant of this house, which was built for $2,400 was Alexander W. McCrea, a clerk."
