This house was built at a cost of $3,00 by James Carr, a carpenter, who was also its original owner, but did not reside here. This is the only gambrel roofed style house on the block. First Owner: James Carr Notes: Main facade above 1st story has decorative wood shingles, plain boxed cornice and frieze. One story bay window on east side and on 1st story main facade.
